State Agency Delivers Third Round of Aid to Beneficiaries in Lafia LGA

Beneficiaries of the monthly social investment intervention programme in Lafia Local Government Area have received their third installment.

The program, overseen by the state social investment agency, took place at the Lafia Local Government Area Secretariat.

During the distribution of the seven thousand naira monthly stipend to the 1,300 beneficiaries, the Director General of the Nasarawa State Investment Agency, Imran Usman Jibrin, emphasized the Governor’s commitment to uplift the less privileged in the state.

He assured that the agency will continue to ensure beneficiaries receive their payments on time and encouraged them to utilize the program to improve their livelihoods. Expressing their gratitude, beneficiaries commended Governor Abdullahi Sule and the management of the State Social Investment Agency for the invaluable support.

They said the assistance has eased some of their challenges and urged governments at all levels to introduce meaningful programs that will uplift the less fortunate in society.
