Akwashiki Underscores Industrialization Agenda of Gov. Sule
The member representing Lafia Central Constituency at the State House of Assembly, Solomon Yakubu Akwashiki, has emphasized the need for residents of the state to sustain their support to the present administration to enable it deliver on its industrialization agenda.
Solomon Akwashiki was speaking during a meeting organized by a group of youths known as Duglu Youth Consultative Forum, which took place in Duglu, Jenkwe Development Area.
The member representing Lafia Central Constituency, Solomon Yakubu Akwashiki, while highlighting the successes recorded by the present administration cut across education, health, road projects, energy and solid minerals development among others, said all the government of Engineer Abdullahi Sule needs at the moment is adequate support to take the state to greater heights.
Solomon Akwashiki who spoke through Shua’ibu Zico, explained that the support can come through mutual cohesion and peaceful coexistence by all residents of the state irrespective of their political or religious backgrounds, stressing that no development thrives in an atmosphere of rancour.
Akwashiki used the medium to call for more support to the current Assembly, which he noted, is working closely with the state government through robust legislation to put smile on the faces of the people.
On the current economic hardship facing the nation, the lawmaker appealed for more patience, reiterating his determination to give in his best in serving the people of his constituency.
Earlier, leader of the forum, Azige Paul Steven, commended Solomon Akwashiki for raising people oriented motions not only beneficial to the people of his constituency, but the entire state, and urged him to sustain the tempo.
Others who spoke at the meeting including John Ibrahim Agule, Dominic Michael, James Agwadu, and Vivian Peter scored high the performance of Solomon Yakubu Akwashiki at the State Assembly, expressing happiness with his open door policy, and called on others to emulate him.
