Boundary Commission Sets Sight on Innovative Solutions to Demarcation Challenges
The Nasarawa State Commissioner of Boundary Commission, Adokwe Ladan, says the Commission will implement innovative strategies to tackle persistent interstate and local government boundary demarcation issues.
The Commissioner made this known on Monday while officially assuming leadership at the Commission’s office.
In an address to the staff following his appointment, the Commissioner Boundary Commission Adokwe Ladan acknowledged the various challenges facing the Commission regarding boundary issues.
Adokwe Ladan expressed determination to resolve the demarcation challenges, emphasizing that success would depend on the dedication and cooperation of all staff members.
The Commissioner Boundary Commission encouraged his team to actively contribute to achieving the organization’s mission and vision, stating that he would maintain an open-door policy to facilitate their participation.
In their remarks, Director of Research, Documentation and Technical Services; Sidi Sylvester, Director of Administration and Supplies; Hajiya Hadiza Ahmed Jibrin, and Director Finance, Shawulu Sale, acknowledged the Commissioner’s extensive experience across various fields and expressed their commitment to fully support his vision for the Commission.
After the meeting, the Commissioner toured the various offices within the Commission to better understand operations.
