Nasarawa State Welcomes Investors in Power Generation Sector
Nasarawa State has reaffirmed its commitment to welcoming investors in the power generation sector.
Recently, Governor Abdullahi Sule hosted investors from Cen Power Generation Company, following discussions at the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
The meeting was a follow-up to earlier talks that highlighted Nasarawa’s hydro power potential.
Governor Sule expressed his administration’s dedication to developing roads, power generation, and other essential infrastructure.
Kweku Awotwi, CEO of Cen Power Generation Company, was drawn to Nasarawa’s hydro power and mining opportunities, particularly at Farin Ruwa and Doma Dam.
These sites hold significant promise for solid mineral development and economic growth.
Governor Sule assured Awotwi of the state government’s partnership, encouraging him to continue exploring power generation opportunities.
