Nasarawa State Governor Condemns Brutal Murder of NARUWASA General Manager
Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State has strongly condemned the abduction and murder of Engineer Rowland Ayuba, General Manager of the Nasarawa State Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (NARUWASA).
During a condolence visit to the Ayuba family in Lafia, the governor expressed shock and concern over the alarming rate of kidnappings and insecurity in the state.
The governor described the incident as “one too many” and called for collective action to combat the growing insecurity. He urged citizens to be vigilant and provide timely information to security operatives to prevent such incidents.
Governor Sule assured that an investigation has been launched and those responsible will be brought to justice.
In a show of solidarity, Governor Sule also attended the funeral rites of Hajiya Fatima Ari, the Chief Store Officer at the Government House, at the palace of the Emir of Lafia.
