Nasarawa FA Fixes Date for 2024 Federation Cup

The Nasarawa State Football Association has slated Wednesday March 20 for the commencement of the 2024 Federation Cup.

To this end, seven teams are participating in the challenge Cup competition.

The participating teams are, Nasarawa United, Keffi Warriors, AYD, City Rollers, Aunan, Wan Agara and FC Basira.

Addressing the representatives of the participating teams and officials of the State FA, the State Chairman Salisu Usman Galadima revealed the 2024 Federation Cup which is the first since assumption of office, will be the best in the state.

SOT”I want to assure the participating teams that as FA we will make sure that we manage the competition successfully “

Salisu Galadima announced that as a measure to promote football competition, prizes would be given to first, and second winning teams at the Federation Cup.

The State FA Chairman who added that necessary measures have been put in place to ensure a hitch-free tournament, said punitive action would be taken against defaulting team.

Ibrahim Yahaya Sabo spoke on behalf of Representatives of the participating teams commended Salisu Usman Galadima State Led FA and and promised to obey laid down rules for a successful outing.

Meantime, the State FA Chairman Salisu Usman Galadima hosted a group , “Covenant Sisters” where he renewed his commitment to improving the lives of the less privileged, just Chairperson of the group Blessing David told their host that they were on ground to identify with him on his emergence as Chairman of the State FA.
