Nasarawa State Governor’s Administration Receives Praise for Its Contributions
The administration of Governor Abdullahi Sule in Nasarawa State has been commended for its significant and transformational contributions to the state.
The State Commissioner for Environment and Natural Resources, Yakubu Kwanta, made this commendation during the inauguration of the new APC office in the Ningo/Bohar ward.
Kwanta expressed satisfaction with the initiatives implemented by Governor Sule’s administration and emphasized the importance of maintaining the current momentum for the benefit of all citizens.
He highlighted specific achievements within the Mada nation and commended the support for the APC, urging community members to sustain their commitment to progress.
During the event, Kwanta donated a brand-new vehicle to local youth leader Stephen Bello, emphasizing that loyalty and excellence would be rewarded.
The inauguration of the new Ningo/Bohar APC office was officiated by Larry Ven Bawa, the Chief Whip of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly.
He commended the community for having faith in the party’s leadership and assured them that their trust would not be misplaced.
Bawa also donated sixty bags of cement for the construction of the Ningo Community Hall and fifty plastic chairs for the new party office.
The event also marked the defection of several individuals from the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the APC.
The APC Chairman of Akwanga Local Government Area, Abass Liman, welcomed the defectors, which included the former PDP Ward Secretary Monday Gaskiya.
Speaking on behalf of the defectors, Andrew Nkpameh cited the progressive leadership style of the APC as the primary reason for their decision to switch allegiance.
Other speakers, including Chairman of the Ningo/Bohar APC, David Peter, and the Special Assistant to the Governor on Women Affairs, Larai Makpu, assured their support at all times.
