Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi Sule, has urged the state revenue service to continue blocking revenue leakages, ensuring the state meets its revenue target. This call was made during the launch of the *8011*047#, an automated USSD code for tax payments by the informal sector.

The USSD code aims to ensure seamless tax payments and remittance to the appropriate channels. Governor Sule emphasized the need for proper utilization of the code to facilitate easy tax payments for the informal sector. This initiative is part of the state revenue service’s core mandate to enhance the state’s revenue profile.
