Nasarawa State Teachers Recruitment

Nasarawa State House of Assembly has continued its legislative assignments of unraveling situations surrounding the recruitment of Teachers in Nasarawa State.
This followed the revelation of some syndicate during the questioning session by members of the State House of Assembly.
Evaluating officer, Nasarawa State ministry of Education Yamus Amos, acknowledged selling 100 employment letters with each costing N400-600K.
A classroom teacher at GSS Nakere,Wamba LGA,Bilyaminu Mod revealed that he sold 200 employment letters and received five million Naira, as his commission.
While Yamush admitted paying 40 milion Naira, Bilyminu revealed that he deposited 30m Naira to a cooperate Access Bank account with the name, Muzafa Universal as facilitated by the personal assistant to the the former chairman of TSC Isa Umar.
Francis Kreki,a part-time Member TSC alleged that he was given 5 employment slots but discovered that all were fake, revealing that further that secondary school students were equally employed.
Chairman of the Investigative committee on teachers recruitment,Daniel Ogazi responding about the status of the Assembly assignment given the State government position that only 781 out 4243 will be considered by the consulting firm.
