Governor Sule Promotes Pro-Growth Policies in Engagement with Federal Economic Planning Officials
Governor Abdullahi Sule has advocated the full implementation of ideas that would enable economic growth in Nigeria.
The Governor said this when the Permanent Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning, Emaka Vitalis Obi paid him a courtesy visit.
Appreciating the choice for Nasarawa State for the meeting, Governor Abdullahi Sule said the resolutions of the three days meeting will go an extra lent towards addressing the mirid of problems in Nigeria.
According to the Governor, the verse resources the country is blessed with all capable of transforming the economy of the country, sighting example with the oil and lithium deposits in Nasarawa which are gradually turning around the economic fortunes of the state.
The Governor informed his guest that there is need to ensure adequate planning as well as full implementation of ideas that would address the economic issues on the country.
Commending Governor Abdullahi Sule’s forthright leadership, Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning, Emeka Vitalis Obi explained that the three day meeting is meant to advance solutions to planning and economic issues where the outcome would be forwarded to the National Economic Council for further action.
Away from the courtesy visit, Governor Abdullahi Sule has been conferred the Patron of Special Marshalls in Nasarawa State by the by the Corp Marshal of the Federal Road Safety Corp, Shehu Mohammed.
Represented by Deputy Corp Marshal, Abiodun Akinlade, Governor Abdullahi Sule was decorated alongside ten new Corp Marshals while thirteen others were awarded for their contributions towards safety on the nation’s highways.
