NUDB Chief Challenges Great Karu Agency to Implement Urban Renewal Policy Under Abdullahi Sule

The Managing Director of Nasarawa State Urban Development Board NUDB Engineer Wada Yahaya Muhammad has tasked the management of Great Karu Area Development Agency to work towards actualizing the Urban renewal policy of Engineer Abdullahi Sule.

Engineer Wada stated this during handing over of the greater Karu Area Development Agency at the NUDB Headquarters Jos road Lafia.

Handing over the document to the New management of the Greater Karu Area Development Agency the Managing Director of Nasarawa State Urban Development Board NUDB Engineer Wada Yahaya Muhammad said the creation of the Agency in Karu will enable the management and staff perform effectively in line with the Urban renewal policy of Engineer Abdullahi Sule.

According to engineer Wada the state government under the leadership of Engineer Abdullahi Sule has put in place modalities to ensure that people have adequate planning in terms of erecting building especially at Karu Mararaba axis that will give the state a face lift.

He then cautioned the management against indulging in negative activities that may affect their productivity and urban development activities tasking people of that axis to support the new leadership of the agency for optimal results.

Speaking shortly after the handing over ceremony the New General Manager of greater Karu Area Development Agency Yakubu Auta Haruna who was overwhelmed with the elevation said he will work tirelessly towards actualizing the aspirations of the state government.

He assured of the agency’s commitment to promoting urban development and solicited support from members of the public.
