Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi, the immediate past Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, has identified Governor Abdullahi Sule’s achievements in Toto Local Government Area as key factors that will lead to the All Progressives Congress (APC) victory in Saturday’s Local Government Elections.
