Gwandara, Mada Groups Pledge Support For Sule, APC
Governor Abdullahi Sule says his administration is committed to entrenching unity and development in Nasarawa State.
The Governor stated this when he received a delegation of the Gwandara Development, Educational and Cultural Association (GWADECA) on a solidarity visit.
Appreciating their sense of direction and support for the APC-led administration, Governor Abdullahi Sule said the visit further highlighted their commitment to peace and unity among the people of Nasarawa State.
He commended the resourcefulness of the Gwandara people and their support for development initiatives across the state.
The President of the Gwandara Development, Educational and Cultural Association (GWADECA), Dr. John Wajeson Mamman, who doubles as the State Commissioner of Education, explained that the Gwandara people considered it important to support the vision of Governor Abdullahi Sule for a greater Nasarawa State.
His position was reaffirmed by the Sarkin Kwandare, Ahmadu Abdun Kura Almakura, who noted the support of the Gwandara nation for Governor Abdullahi Sule, his ideals of good governance, as well as their support for the APC at all levels.
In another development, Governor Abdullahi Sule also received the Mada people from the southern part of the state on a solidarity visit.
Their convergence was anchored on their support for the Governor’s aspiration for the Senate, President Bola Tinubu, Senator Ahmed Aliyu Wadada, as well as other candidates on the platform of the APC.
The group’s solidarity was conveyed by Professor Emmanuel Dandaura, among other leaders, who appreciated Governor Sule’s ingenuity in providing basic infrastructure and his commitment to peace and socio-economic development in Nasarawa State.
Similarly, Governor Abdullahi Sule appreciated the Women Wing of the Mada Development Association for their support for his administration.
While assuring the Mada women that his administration is committed to doing more for the people of Nasarawa State, the Governor enjoined them to be wary of individuals who always connect their aspirations to the welfare of the people.
Even as the group reiterated its support for Governor Abdullahi Sule in appreciation of his goodwill and development posture, the President of the Women Wing of the Mada Development Association listed areas of concern which the Governor assured them he would address.
