Agara Hails Tinubu Administration, Tasks Support Group On 2027
Chairman of the Central Planning Committee for the Tinubu Support Group, Dr. Silas Agara, has expressed satisfaction with the level of transformation ongoing in the country under the leadership of President Ahmed Bola Tinubu.
Agara gave the commendation during the inauguration of the Tinubu Support Group (TSG) at the Sani Abacha Stadium in Kano.
Dr. Silas Agara, who explained that the policy formulation and implementation of President Ahmed Bola Tinubu were people-oriented, noted that this was evident in the overwhelming support base, which he said culminated in the gathering of the mammoth crowd witnessed during the inauguration.
According to Agara, it was now the responsibility of the constituted support group leaders across the federation to take the message of the President to various states of the federation ahead of the electioneering.
The former Deputy Governor of the state, who doubled as the Director General of the National Directorate of Employment, tasked leaders from Nasarawa State to ensure they deliver the President, reminding them of the enormous task ahead.
The Support Group constituted in Kano for Nasarawa State includes Musa Yusuf Omaki as the State Coordinator, Dr. Illah Obadiah as Secretary, Mohammed Dan Azumi as Coordinator, South, Freeman Kasa as Nasarawa North Coordinator, and Mohammed Abubakar as Nasarawa West Coordinator.
Earlier, the Founder and Convener of the Tinubu Support Group, James Falake, and the National Chairman of the APC, Professor Nantawe Goshwe Yilwatda, underscored the importance of inaugurating the support group.
They tasked the group to do the needful across the country, while commending the Governor of Kano State, Aba Yusuf, for being a good host.
The Director General of the Support Group, Dr. Umar Tanko Yakasai, on his part, also challenged members of the support group to embrace issue-based campaigns with a view to educating the public on what the President has done.
