Toto Local Government Council Chairman Vows Inclusive Leadership

Pharmacist Ahmed Baba Yahaya, the Executive Chairman of Toto Local Government Council, has pledged to implement an inclusive leadership approach to foster peace, unity, and rapid development in the area. He made this promise during the inauguration ceremony of Deputy Chairman Atnadu Sunday Yakubu and 12 newly elected Councilors at the council’s Secretariat.
