Emir of Lafia Underscores Significance of Harmonious Relationship

Emir of Lafia, Justice Sidi Mohammad Bage retired has emphasized the importance of maintaining harmonious relationships among the citizens of the state, regardless of background.
The Emir made these remarks during a visit by the state APC chairman, Aliyu Bello, and other party officials to show appreciation for his conferment as Zarma Babba of Lafia.
The visit, attended by politicians, business leaders, and government officials, aimed to thank the Emir for bestowing the traditional title of Zarma Babba of Lafia on the State APC Chairman Aliyu Bello.
The ceremony at the palace was filled with praise singers and drumrolls to welcome the guests.
Addressing his visitors, Justice Mohammad Sidi Bage commended the spirit of unity and urged all citizens to continue fostering harmonious coexistence, show respect for authority, and actively contribute to the development of the state and the nation.
He noted that Aliyu Bello’s recognition as Zarma Babba of Lafia by the Lafia Emirates council was well-deserved, attributing it to Bello’s significant contributions to the prosperity of the community.
During the visit, Senator Ahmed Aliyu Wadada, representing Nasarawa West Senatorial district, expressed gratitude to Emir of Lafia, Justice Sidi Mohammad Bage, for endorsing Aliyu Bello as Zarma Babba of Lafia.
He commended the decision as a valuable addition to the traditional council and emphasized the importance of peace and unity for sustainable development.
