Keffi Flyover Gets Green Light as Nasarawa State Government Awards Construction Contract

Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi Sule, has announced that the contract for the construction of a flyover to replace the Total roundabout along the Keffi-Abuja highway has been awarded. This development is part of the governor’s commitment to ensuring the state’s infrastructure is improved, and his administration’s focus on development and good governance.
During a meeting with media executives and journalists, Governor Sule emphasized his administration’s determination to utilize its remaining years in office to drive development in the state. He reaffirmed his commitment to leaving Nasarawa State better than he met it, highlighting his administration’s prudent management of resources, which has enabled the payment of some loans acquired before his tenure began in 2019.
The governor assured that ongoing projects, including the state-of-the-art state Secretariat complex, Lafia flyover and Underpass, Akwanga underpass, and dualization and bypass projects, will be completed on schedule. He also revealed that work on the Keffi Flyover will commence soon.
Governor Sule further emphasized his administration’s commitment to ensuring security, training and retraining civil servants, and providing vocational skills for the state’s youth population.
The Nasarawa State Chairman of the Nigerian Union of Journalists, Comrade Salihu Alkali, commended Governor Sule’s development focus, commitment to good governance, and security efforts, which have propelled the state to greater heights.
