Alumni College Urges NADP Program Manager to Boost Agricultural Development in Nasarawa State

The Alumni College of Agriculture Science and Technology Lafia has advised Umar Nuhu, the Program Manager of the Nasarawa Agricultural Development Program (NADP), to justify the confidence reposed in him by Governor Abdullahi Sule. This advice was given during a courtesy visit by the Alumni delegation to Nuhu’s office in Lafia.
Dr. Zaknayiba Danladi Bebwa, the National President of the Alumni, commended Governor Sule for appointing Nuhu, a member of the Alumni, to the pivotal role. Bebwa emphasized the importance of Nuhu’s position in driving agricultural development and pledged the Alumni’s total support to ensure the success of his administration.
The Alumni delegation tasked Nuhu to work diligently towards improving agricultural activities and addressing food insecurity in the state. Nuhu, in response, expressed his readiness to work towards boosting agricultural activities in Nasarawa State and called for support to achieve set goals.
The College of Agriculture Science and Technology Lafia, where Nuhu and Bebwa are alumni, is a pioneer institution in agricultural education and training in Nigeria. Established in 1977, the college has produced graduates who have made significant contributions to agricultural development in the country.
