In a gesture of kindness, the Giza JIBWIS Orphan Foundation presented relief materials to 72 widows, orphans, and less privileged individuals in Giza, Nasarawa State. The recipients were selected due to limited resources, and the materials included wrappers, detergents, and stipends.

According to Abubakar Okposhi, Chairman of Giza JIBWIS Orphans Foundation, the organization’s goal is to give vulnerable individuals a sense of belonging in society. Ameerat Halima Ibrahim and Vice Ameerat Zinatu Umar Elegu, from the women’s wing of the foundation, urged beneficiaries not to lose hope despite their challenges.

The foundation’s secretary, Wanaks Abubakar Sadiq, and public relations officer, Kasimu Aminu, noted that the 72 beneficiaries include 10 converts to Islam, and expressed commitment to addressing their plight. Ustaz Adamu Buhari, State Da’awa member of JIBWIS, Keffi, commended the organization’s efforts and emphasized the need for support, especially during Ramadan.

Beneficiaries Fulera Isa, Fatima Abdumalik Bako, and Salamatu Ali expressed gratitude for the gesture, assuring that it would alleviate their hardship.
