SA Calls on Migili Nation to Align with Government’s Policies
The Migili nation has been called upon to align with government policies and programs to enhance the dividends of democracy in the area.
The Special Assistant to Governor Abdullahi Sule on Legal Matters, David Sule Moyi made the call during a reception held at Bulus Elisha Mustard Seed Secondary School, Gidinye to celebrate Governor Sule’s recent victory at the Supreme Court.
The Special Assistant to Governor Abdulahi Sule on Legal Matters, David Sule Moyi, who was the convener of the meeting, explained that the gathering was not only to celebrate the governor’s victory but also to discuss ways to strengthen unity for the development of the area.
He emphasized that the Governor has made significant strides in agriculture, health, education, and infrastructural development.
Moyi noted that the reaffirmation of the Governor’s victory at the Supreme Court will create a more favorable environment for him to continue making progress, and urged the Migili community not to relent in supporting the Governor’s initiatives for further development in the area.
He pointed out that the reception also provided the opportunity to strengthen cooperation and advocated genuine unity among the people for sustainable development.
Some members of the community, including Bulus Elisha Gidinye, Musa Elisha, Gidinye Youth Leader, Umeri David Jatau and David Okwe, expressed their appreciation to the Special Assistant to the Governor, David Sule Moyi for organizing the reception.
While describing the event as timely, they pledged their unwavering support for government policies and programs to accelerate more development for the collective prosperity of the community and the state as a whole.
