The establishment of Wing Commander Abdullahi Vocational Centre by the Governor Abdullahi Sule is a deliberate move towards encouraging skills acquisition among people of the State.

Chairman Nigeria Society of Engineers, Nasarawa State Council, Engineer Aliyu Inarigu made the assertion during a one-day Computer Aided Design (CAD) Training in the centre.

Since the establishment of Wing Commander Abdullahi Vocational centre years back by the present administration of Governor Abdullahi Sule, the centre continue to train people on professional skills both  at  individual level  and  cooperate organizations  through its various professional programs.

In this wise, state officials of Nigeria Society of Engineers were not left out as they enrolled to acquire Computer Aided Design Training in the centre with a view to enhancing productivity as confirmed by the State Chairman of the Society, Engineer Aliyu Inarigu.

Engineer Inarigu further maintained that the  state leadership of the NSE is ever ready to key  into any training that will add value to their Professional skills, calling on all and sundry to take advantage of the centre by enrolling in  available programmes   to boost their source of livelihood.

Commenting on the rapid development  in the centre, the State Chairman of NSE, attributed the feat to leadership qualities of the Executive Director of the Centre, Doctor Daniel Ewuga Asele just as he commended Governor Abdullahi Sule’s  wise choice of appointing a man of proven integrity, Transparency and dedication  to duty to  oversee  the affairs of the centre.

On his part, executive Director of Wing Commander Abdullahi Vocational centre, Doctor Daniel Ewuga Asele lauded the wise decision  of the State Leadership of Nigeria Society of Engineers to enroll its officials   to acquire Computer headed design Training  just  as he used the medium to appreciate the state house of Assembly for sponsoring  a bill for the establishment of the centre which is now at the second reading.
