The Governor’s aide who made the call in an exclusive interview with NBS news in his office in Lafia Monday, noted that it was God’s divine arrangement for Christians and Muslims to observe this year’s lent and Ramadan fast at the same time for the purpose of purification and reconciliation, thus urging adherents of the two religions to promote peace and unity of the state.

Venerable Dabong advised that as the two spiritual exercises gradually climax into Easter and Eid-el fitr celebrations,  believers should endeavour to use the celebration moments to demonstrate love to one another, especially the less privileged in the society.

While appreciating Governor Abdullahi Sule for championing peaceful co-existence in the state, the SSA on Christian Religion affairs solicited for the support of all citizens to enable the government deliver on its mandate to the people.
