The Member representing Nasarawa Central constituency, Hajara Danyaro, has pledged to drive development initiatives to benefit rural residents in her constituency.

She made this known while inspecting the ongoing construction of work at Zakun Bello school in Nasarawa local government.Hajara Danyaro the only female legislator in the state who is also the Chairman House Committee on Women Affairs was in Zakun Bello in Laminga Ward of her constituency to inspect the ongoing construction of new block of Two Classrooms with Headmasters office which she personally facilitated through the state government.

Danyaro who expressed satisfaction with the quality of work being carried out, lauded Governor Abdullahi Sule for heeding her request and urged the community to extend their full support and prayers to the Governor for his success in furthering developmental projects.

In addition to her visit to Zakun Bello, Hajara Danyaro also addressed the challenges faced by residents in Laminga Ward, particularly acknowledging a collapsed bridge at Kakan Zaria that isolates the community from neighboring areas.

Highlighting the hardships endured due to the collapse of the bridge, which has forced residents to rely on canoes and pay a toll of one thousand naira for access to other communities, the lawmaker stressed the urgent need for assistance, towards alleviating the community’s plight and praised the collective efforts made by the residents to navigate through the difficulties.

While expressing concern at the dire situation faced by the community, she called for immediate government intervention to address the situation.
