State Printing Press to Commence Operation
Nasarawa State Printing Press will soon commence printing of government documents and other productions as part of measure to generate more revenue.
This followed the arrival of new set of Machines worth two hundred million Naira approved by the state government.
Nasarawa State printing press has over the years stopped production due to lack of machines which has made government spent a lot of money in printing its documents.
Worried by this development, the present administration under the leadership of Engineer Abdullahi Sule approved two hundred million Naira for the purchase of printing press machines in line with best global trend of printing documents.
Speaking to newsmen on the arrival of the machines, the Acting Director Nasarawa State printing press Labaran Tijani Muhammad said the present administration is committed to revamping the printing department which necessitated engineer Abdullahi Sule to invest hugely in the printing press.
He explained that the machines which are in different categories have their functional capacity and will no doubt yield positive results in printing quantum of materials for the benefit of government and people of the state.
Labaran Tijani Muhammad then commended the state government for its foresight in revamping the printing department and reiterated that Staff of the department will work towards actualizing the dream of the State Government and called on people of the state to patronize the printing department for better and quality production.
