Andoma of Doma Advocates for Hard Work and Resource Management as Keys to Organizational Development

Hardwork and Prudent management of resources have been identified as essential factors that can propel development in any organisation.

Andoma of Doma, Dr. Ahmadu Aliyu Oga Onawo re-echoed this when the pioneer Executive Director of Nigerian Institute of Leather, Science and Technology Doma Dr. Louis Ogbose paid him a courtesy visit at his palace in Doma  Tuesday.

According to the Andoma of Doma, Dr. Ahmadu Aliyu Oga Onawo, no organization progresses without hardwork and  transparency in its operations, hence the need for the Executive Director to work relentlessly for even development.

The royal father who said a stitch in time saves nine, urged the pioneer Executive Director to swing into action so as to make the institute one of the best in the country

Responding, the pioneer Executive Director of Nigerian Institute of Leather Science and Technology Doma, Dr. Louis Ogbose said he was at the palace of Andoma of Doma with his entourage to seek for royal blessings as the institute will soon take off;

" I want to use this opportunity to thank his excellency the executive governor of Nasarawa state, Engr Abdullahi Sule and his deputy Dr Emmanuel Akabe..."

Dr. Ogbose however used the medium to call on the teeming youths to register with the institute in order to make a living instead of engaging in social vices capable of truncating their future.

He reaffirmed his commitment to transforming the institute as well as fine-tuning  its activities for accelerated development.
