During the event, Governor Sule, represented by Barrister Mohammed Ubandoma Aliyu, the Secretary to the Government of Nasarawa State, reaffirmed the administration’s commitment to supporting students in achieving their educational aspirations. He highlighted a 50% increase in the scholarship budget, praising the State Scholarship Board for implementing an e-payment system designed to minimize fraud and ensure transparency in the distribution of funds.

She announced that bursary allowances would be disbursed to all eligible beneficiaries simultaneously and praised the governor for ensuring no student is left behind in terms of educational support. She also explained that the disbursement process has been enhanced with additional security features to protect beneficiaries’ information.
